What’s the difference between a think tank and an annual conference?
How do you effectively share ideas across the two cultures of research and policy? This year our hub tried something different.
When we began planning communication activities for the NERP Environmental Decisions (ED) Hub we naturally considered the possibility of staging an annual conference. You know the type of thing, a one-to-two-day high-profile event in which our luminaries present the wonderful work we’re doing to a mixed audience of our own top researchers and as many key stakeholders as we can rope in (in our case, read senior SEWPaC executives).
